Kiss of the Night (Dark-Hunter, Book 5)

Kiss of the Night (Dark-Hunter, #5) - Sherrilyn Kenyon Wulf Tryggvason is an ancient Viking warrior who is now a Dark Hunter. His power is that people don't remember anything about him 5 minutes after meeting him. That includes everyone except other Dark Hunters and deities. When he finally meets Cassandra, the one woman who can remember him, she turns out to be the princess of the cursed race he's sworn to hunt-and forbidden to him. The two of them must face ancient curses, prophecies, and the direct meddling of the Greek gods to find true happiness at last.Of all of the books in the series to date, this story is the most steeped in Greek and Roman mythology. It provides a perfect window into the behaviors of the deities, their narcissisms and selfishness. Wulf and Cassandra cannot deny their attraction but find themselves in the middle of conflicts they had nothing to do with, didn't start and almost powerless to stop. There is quite a bit of action to accompany the romance and things get complicated so you have to pay attention. I think this is an excellent edition to the series and I'm looking forward to the next book.
